台灣海軍打算自製潛艦，卻被美國學者譏諷「是水兵棺材」。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，在20日美國華府一場有關東亞潛艦競爭的研討會，美國傳統基金會資深研究員成斌在會中針對「台灣自製潛艦」計畫時表示，台灣無經驗、缺技術，直言「世界上沒有比建造二流潛艦更浪費的事」、「根本就是水兵的棺材」。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
