盧家仙草出包石膏粉供貨商喊冤

台北市衛生局今天表示，新北市知名的「盧家仙草（盧佳食品）」疑用工業用石膏粉製作豆花，石膏粉供貨商是台北市第一化工原料公司。業者購買大陸進口的25公斤袋裝食品用石膏粉，涉嫌違法自行分裝成1公斤罐裝，並標示為工業用途，將依法裁法。

第一化工陳姓業者今天下午說，把食品用石膏粉分裝成1公斤裝，是為服務學術單位和化妝品業者實驗需求，並標示為工業用途；盧家豆花業者自行到門市購買1公斤裝的石膏粉使用，他並不知情。
