針對資深媒體人周玉蔻連日來引述不具名前國安高層的消息來源，指控國民黨私下收受頂新集團2億元，並指稱國民黨副秘書長兼行管會主委林德瑞為頂新門神，國民黨文傳會主委范姜泰基今晚表示，國民黨與林德瑞將一併於下周一（22日）委託律師，對周玉蔻正式提出告訴。

范姜泰基強調，在國民黨要求清楚交代證據，否則提告的情況下，周玉蔻仍對外回應「請馬總統主動啟動調查，本人將向偵查單位說明詳情」，既然如此，國民黨將藉由訴訟程序，請周在司法審理過程公開說明，同時林德瑞也將透過提告，來捍衞自己的名譽。（晏明強／台北報導）
