鴻海集團19日登報向北市府喊話，限48小時公開三創數位園區得標文件以證明自身清白。今（21）日48小時到期，但台北市政府似乎不隨郭董起舞，柯文哲今早出席公開活動依舊強硬表示「他（郭台銘）有問題的話，請他隨時到台北市政府來談」。至於鴻海集團傍晚再次重申，盼市府儘速公佈相關資料，依照法定程序，態度也很堅持。

48小時今日到期，北市府依舊堅持「不接受財團威脅」，柯文哲早上出席公開活動時再次強硬表示，「國家不可以被財團控制，政府不可以被財團威脅」，「如果他（郭台銘）有問題的話，請他隨時到台北市政府來談」柯P還說下禮拜有疑慮的案子都會交給廉政會去處理，到時候就會將檔案解密公開上網，他不管48小時，反正近期民眾就能到市府官網上看到。

面對強硬的北市府，鴻海態度也很堅持，今（21）日傍晚再度發出聲明重申立場，盼市府儘速公佈相關資料，一切依照法定程序走。記者詢問關於三創數位園區要不要復工，鴻海則沒有多做回應。據了解，郭董認為自己問心無愧、一切合法，現在靜待市府公布文件並依法而行。
