美國高層明抵古巴　展開半世紀破冰會談

古巴與美國本周將重啟半世紀以來高層對談，前提是美國必須放棄任何以形式鼓吹古巴改革。
 
美聯社報導，美國總統歐巴馬在今天國情咨文演說中提到，美國取消對古巴50年來禁運，盼能終止對雙方的不信任關係，並對古巴未來增添希望。不過一名古巴高層官員強調，與美關係無法「立刻」修補，報導稱此訊息明顯降低外界對兩國會談的期盼。
 
美方高層將在美國時間周三抵達古巴，展開為期2天對談。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
