復興航空：退票暫不收手續費

復興航空又發生空難，死傷嚴重。復興航空執行長陳欣德今晚表示，即日起至11日，退票不收手續費。

復興1架ATR72-600型飛機，今天上午從台北飛金門，起飛後不久墜落在南港基隆河，機上58人，至今晚已證實25人罹難。
