台中銀董事改選　泛中纖經營權不變

台中銀股東會今日近中午結束，會中同意盈餘分配策略，每股配發0.2元現金與0.615元股利；同時完成15席董事改選，稍早確定26日召開董事會推選董事長，預料現任董事長蘇金豐將會續任。

據了解，今日台中銀董事席次中，台中陳家由陳怡德代表取得1席董事、寶佳建設2席、和揚投資，另外12席由泛中纖投資公司磐亞取得，3席獨立董事黃錫榮、劉振樂、李晉頤皆續任。

台中銀表示，旗下各子公司表現持續成長，經評估，今年應不致比去年差。其中蘇州租賃公司去年轉虧為盈，未來計劃在廈門和成都增加分支據點；證券子公司5月獲利逾14萬元，已開始獲利。（陳瑩欣／台北報導）
