基隆市議長黃景泰涉貪抗告案，昨天遭檢方聲請羈押，基隆地方法院今天清晨裁定黃景泰以120萬元交保，限制出境、出海，檢察官當庭提出抗告。台灣高等法院傍晚收到檢方提出的卷證資料，合議庭經過一個晚上的評議後，決議裁定撤銷，發回基隆地院更裁。

基隆地檢署監控黃景泰半年，查出他涉嫌向市府官員關說，讓建商未提水保計畫和申請雜照就開挖山坡地整地及興建樣品屋，17日發動搜索，在議長辦公室內查扣近500萬元現金。
