林百里：不是讀書好　就有好事業

廣達（2382）董事長林百里醉心藝術，集團旗下廣逸基金會也辦很多藝術教育及繪畫比賽，林百里感嘆，年級越低的學生畫畫越有感情，年紀越高，就越缺乏創造力，應該要給他們機會，讓他們喜歡，他也自嘲：「要我畫畫就很困難」。

林百里表示，潛能的訓練很重要，不是讀書好，就有好事業，因為創造力跟成績不一定相同，他說，記得大學畢業時有1位同學數學很棒，畢業後他做飛機上的天線產業，1天賺不到多少錢，反而我們1010的去做，做到電腦去了。（王郁倫／台北報導）
