【更新】罷免投票前夕泡溫泉　12平鎮市代被傳訊

平鎮市代會2年前因代表們醞釀罷免前正、副主席吳金樺、莊訓基，但吳、莊提前辭職，經補選後由黃農幀、吳聲灶二人當選正、副主席；去年10月間，吳、莊2人反擊，提案罷免黃、吳；未料11月11日罷免投票當天，20名代表只有7人出席，因未達法定罷免投票人數而流會。

桃園地檢署今年初接獲線報指其中內情不單純而深入追查發現，去年11月10日，罷免投票前夕，10餘名代表投宿在礁溪一家飯店泡溫泉，翌日不克返桃投票；今天上午由檢察官康惠龍指揮新北市調處搜索平鎮市代表會，依違反選罷法傳訊黃農幀等12人到案偵訊中。（張沛森／桃園報導）
