口罩男淋餿水 《蘋果》《星島》損失40萬元

香港荔枝角懲教所對面天橋底，凌晨2時零4分左右，工人分發報紙時，一輛私家車駛至，3名男子各挽著一個塑膠桶下車走近報紙堆，並且撕開護膜，叫工人離遠一點，接著向報紙倒下帶有酸味的餿水，《星島》地產及娛樂有三板報紙被淋中，約五千份價值約3.5萬港幣（約14萬元港幣），3人得手後丟下水桶上車逃去。

約14分鐘後，紅磡暢通道南另一報紙分發處，一輛私家車駛至，3名男子持木棍、刀子及水桶下車，向報紙淋潑有臭蛋的餿水，遺下3個水桶，有兩板《蘋果》副刊被淋中，共一萬一千份，價值約6.6萬元港幣（約26萬元台幣）。

由於作案手法相同，警方懷疑同一幫人所為，正調查事件原因。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
