桃園衛生局稽查正義黑心油品，經查華膳公司製作飛機餐，其中一項配菜黑胡椒酥餅與蘿蔔酥餅，來源是向新北市食品廠購入，且使用到正義豬油製作，華膳公司已將製造日期為9月底前之庫存品全數下架停用，總計1875顆。

另華膳公司使用的蒜頭酥，也是向新北市食品廠購入，且產品也使用了正義受汙染的油品，華膳公司已立即主動停用，剩下44包蒜頭酥也全數封存。

因飛機餐之保存期間僅有24小時，故目前已無飛機餐成品庫存，受物染產品恐早就被消費者吃下肚。
