南韓有線電視「TV朝鮮」發出新聞快報指出，抗議南韓民間團體向北韓飄送心戰傳單，北韓軍方開砲，砲彈落在南韓京畿道漣川，南韓方面立即還擊，並於下午6時向軍方下達「珍島犬一號」的警報。
