蘋果供應商有苦難言　破產了還不能隨便吭聲

蘋果（Apple）藍寶石基板廠極特先進科技（GT ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES，GTAT）聲請破產保護後，法院周四召開聽證會，裁定極特公布任何與蘋果相關訊息前，必須提前3天告知蘋果律師代表，給予蘋果充分時間決定是否提出抗議，阻止資料曝光。
 
極特向破產法院表示，未來將削減藍寶石基板產量，減少供應蘋果等行動裝置業者，並破天荒要求法院不要公開部分遞交文件。極特承認，要求法院保密文件並不尋常，但主要因為公司受到保密條款約束，一旦違反協議，恐遭求償高達5000萬美元（15.2億元台幣）。
 
破產法院法官波洛夫（Henry Boroff）最終裁定，極特仍須立即繳交所有相關文件，但允許部分內容保密，包括與蘋果合作細節及聲請破產保護說明等，可以不對大眾公開，預計下周三（10月15日）再度召開聽證會。
 
分析師指出，極特周一無預警聲請破產保護後，遲遲未說明破產原因，破產法院周四的裁定，讓外界得繼續猜謎，同時再度凸顯供應商與蘋果往來時，處於極度不對等的弱勢地位。（陳智偉／綜合外電報導）
