歐股連2天走揚，表徵歐股整體行情的Stoxx 600指數今盤中上漲0.7%至393.13，續創7年新高，今年來累計已漲15%；英國、德國、法國股市漲幅介於0.5~1%。

歐元今在亞洲盤一度貶0.47%至1歐元兌1.1026美元，續創11年來新低，稍後貶幅收斂至0.14%，徘迴在1.1063美元附近。

歐洲央行（European Central Bank，ECB，歐銀）今宣布，各主要利率維持不變，基準的再融資利率保持在0.05%、邊際貸款工具利率與存款利率也分別保持在0.3%及-0.2%。

市場已預期歐銀將維持利率不變，但各界目光均聚焦在德拉吉（Mario Draghi）預定今晚9時30分召開的記者會上，因歐銀自1月22日宣布即將推出每月購債60億歐元（2.09兆元台幣）的全面QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）措施後，至今幾乎未透露相關操作細節。（劉利貞／綜合外電報導）
