新北市安康高中學生南下畢業旅行，5日卻傳出食物中毒，約100名學生出現上吐下瀉的情況，校方直接派3輛遊覽車分別在學生，到2間醫院及多家診所急救，目前多數學生還在醫院觀察。

安康高中4日投宿在墾丁某間度假飯店，沒想到學生5日吃完早餐之後，開始有學生出現嘔吐、拉肚子的情況，因當時人數還不多，沒有馬上就醫，直到傍晚準備吃晚餐時，不是情況的學生增多，校方緊急派車送醫。

一開始校方先將學生載送至高市阮綜合醫院，但因人數太多，院方只能容納38人，因此又將剩下的學生載到大同醫院及附近診所治療。
