歐銀利率不動聚焦大型購債計畫

歐洲中央銀行（ECB）今天決議利率按兵不動，持平於歷史低點，在此同時歐銀部署大規模印鈔計畫，用意在於將通膨由負轉正。

與此同時，英國央行英格蘭銀行（BOE）也表決將主要利率維持在0.50%。

歐銀將借貸成本保持在歷史低點的決定，符合各方預期。歐銀去年9月把3項利率調降到谷底，總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）當時表示，這些利率已觸及下緣。

今天於賽普勒斯首都尼柯希亞舉行的歐銀管理委員會會議，再融資利率保持在0.05%。

此外，歐銀也把銀行隔夜存款利率持平於負0.20%，邊際貸款利率維持在0.30%。
