搶自住客　國寶人壽房貸利率下殺1.86%

為遏止投資客炒房，銀行推出的首購族房貸利率已近2%、成數也降至7成，甚至是6成，國寶人壽今推出自用購屋者的房貸利率，殺至1.86%，最高申貸額度2000萬元，貸款期限30年，且享有寬限期3年，震撼市場。

國寶人壽針對「自用型購屋者」推出房貸優惠專案，不論是否為國寶人壽的保戶，只要年滿20歲，有經常性的工作收入且能提供明確收入證明皆可申貸。此專案最高貸款額度為2000萬元，年利率1.86%起（浮動），累計總費用年利率為1.89%，貸款年限最長可達30年，寬限期3年。

國寶人壽表示，以貸款標的地區來說，座落雙北市、台中市及高雄市的住宅，申貸對象需名下沒有持有其他房屋者才能適用此專案。惟國寶人壽主管說，實際貸款條件將視實際物件為準，且利率也依據個別貸款產品及授信條件而有所不同。(黃國棟／台北報導）
