事情是這樣的，我找到一個新公司裡面就只有2~3人， 當初想說應該沒啥前景才是，可是最近莫名奇妙， 生意很好，好到忙不過來，公司想要請3個新進員工， 然後叫我去當面試官面試助理進來， 因為老闆不想面試，可是我當初進去主要是做資訊的， 只是後來身兼數種工作。老闆覺的不ok。 現在要請3個助理來給我用，但是這落差好大，因為 我從沒當過面試官，也沒管理過人，以前都是小咖被 人管的，請問你們剛被升能管理小兵時，是怎麼管的啊？ 另外就是怎麼當面試官啊，唉.... 心裡很擔心啊。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.117.0.117 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1401111708.A.2EE.html
