新幹線50周年　日超高速磁浮列車將開工

日本的新幹線將在今年10月滿50周年，代表新幹線最先進技術的「磁懸浮列車」也將在今年秋季正式動工，使用磁懸浮列車的「中央新幹線」連接東京與大阪，列車行駛最高時速可達每小時505公里，第一階段(東京品川到名古屋)計畫在2027年完工，屆時全程運行時間只要40分鐘，比目前運行「希望號」新幹線的88分鐘縮短一半以上時間；而第二階段(名古屋到大阪)也預計在2045年通車。

負責營運的日本國鐵JR東海公司坦承，建造「中央新幹線」承擔著極大的財務風險，建設總工程預算達到9兆日圓(約台幣2.7兆元)，且所有經費都由JR東海公司完全承擔，但這是一項預期可以改變日本人生活的重要交通建設，即使面臨人力、材料等費用不斷上漲的壓力，日本民眾仍對「中央新幹線」開通抱著高度期待。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
