面試前　老闆已經把你查透透

你知道嗎？80%的老闆通知你來面試時，已經把你整個人谷歌了一遍。現今的職場，老闆習慣先在網路上了解求職者的為人，把個人相關資訊審視一遍，再決定是否通知面試。因此財經網站《Business Insider》建議，正在求職的你，最好確保自己網路上的個人資訊，是清白且具誠信的。

1. 看長相：對於有些要求外表的企業來說，首先他們會先看你的長相，是不是夠專業，或符合他們所需。

2. 看成就：其次老闆會在意你以往的工作表現，是不是能從網路上找得到評價。

3. 看人脈：老闆還想知道你的為人，因此會谷歌你在網路上與人交流的情形。以美國來說，96%的雇主會使用當紅的社群媒體LinkedIn尋覓人才，也會在面試前，透過LinkedIn了解求職者的人脈。

4. 看人品：老闆不只看你的專業能力，更注重你的人品。為了找到與企業文化契合的員工，老闆會谷歌你，並藉此了解你是否大嘴巴，會在網路上散布對前東家的惡評，做為他們用人的標準。（馬婉珍／綜合外電報導）
