國民黨批蔡英文要憲改　先把理由說清楚

民進黨主席當選人蔡英文今投書《蘋果》拋出憲改議題，主張增加國會席次，對此，國民黨發言人陳以信說，10年前國會減半的主張是民進黨提出，在野的國民黨全力支持，現在才過10年，民進黨就反悔，蔡英文要跟社會說明清楚。

蔡英文還指現行《公投法》是當年國會藍大於綠的情況下通過，影射現行鳥籠公投是國民黨的責任，陳以信痛批蔡英文根本扭曲事實，當年立法時，不論是民進黨版、台聯版、國民黨版或內政部版本都是雙二分之一，過去六次公投沒過，是因為議題設定問題，民進黨不能把公投沒過的責任都推給國會藍大於綠的情況。（陳郁仁／台北報導）
