拚經濟韓銀本周降息可期

彭博報導，南韓央行有望下調借貸成本，這將是2013年5月來首次降息，以加入南韓政府拚經濟行列。

彭博訪查15名分析師，其中有13人預測，南韓央行總裁李柱烈（Lee Ju Yeol）14日將下調7天期回購利率，由原本的2.50%降至2.25%。剩餘2人預期利率將按兵不動。

韓銀上月召開決策會議之前，所有受訪分析師均準確命中韓銀將維持利率不變。3年期主權債券殖利率與指標利率之間的差距，由1個月前的15個基本點縮減至接近零。

德意志銀行（Deutsche Bank AG）與高盛（Goldman Sachs Group Inc.）估計，南韓政府下砍今年成長預測，並祭出11.7兆韓元（113億美元）支出計畫後，李柱烈有望鬆綁政策。
