欣雄瓦斯高濃度外洩　重罰百萬

昨晚八點高雄市鳥松區中正路地區傳出氣體外洩，環保局檢驗人員測到揮發性有機物質總量達3500至5000ppm，由於李長榮化工正進行丙烯管線吹驅作業，還一度以為是丙烯外洩，作業緊急喊停，最後證實是欣雄瓦斯公司管線破漏，造成甲烷外洩。高雄市環保局長陳金德今日表示，將對欣雄瓦斯開罰1百萬元，並要求24小時內改善，若未改善，將採連續罰。（石秀華／高雄報導）
