江宣樺替謝立功助選替交通政見背書

行政院長江宜樺今天下午到基隆為謝立功站台助選，為他的交通政策背書。江宜樺說，基隆港區若要發展，最少要投資新台幣150億元，只要投資，就能創造超過50億元經濟效益和至少2000個工作機會。

謝立功表示，他提出的捷運到基隆4年內動工一定做得到，他並提出基隆市公車免費的政策。江宜樺說，交通部支持謝立功的交通政策，可以讓基隆的發展跨出一大步。
