瑞典政府於10月30日承認巴勒斯坦主權，其實稍早在10月23日，就有法國參議員提出決議案，要求法國也承認巴勒斯坦。

「世界報」（Le Monde）報導，這項決議案遇到很多障礙和壓力，主要來自於以色列大使館。

提案參議員班巴薩（Esther Benbassa）說，參議員們收到以色列大使館的一封信，說這項決議案缺乏根據，應讓相關國家自行協商，並要求會見參議院議長拉謝（Gerard Larcher）。

她認為，決議案並非協商，參議員也不是外交官，參議員存在的意義是喚醒一些意識。

法國政府尚未處理這個問題，但參議員預計很快會與外交部長法畢斯（Laurent Fabius）見面。

此外，也有其他議員提議針對是否承認巴勒斯坦舉行投票，並把過去提出的相關議案排入議程，班巴薩說，「是應該討論這個問題，這個問題在歐洲一直是個禁忌」。

參議院可能要到明年初才能處理這項決議案，但班巴薩表示，「這不是一蹴可及的事，但總有進步」。(中央社)
