繼滬港通後　中國擬開放商品期貨交易

繼滬港通月前啟航後，中國證監會今在官網公告，就開放外資參與境內部分商品期貨交易的管理草案公開徵詢意見。外界認為，這是中國試圖引入交易經驗豐富、紀律也較佳的外國機構投資人，以協助改革本國商品期貨市場的最新努力。
 
中國證監會在公告中表示，最近才批准上海期貨交易所從事的原油期貨交易，將成為首個建立國際化交易結算平台，並開放外國散戶與券商參與交易的商品期貨類別。
 
投資銀行香頌資本執行董事沈萌說，中國打算開放商品市場與國際接軌，勢必將為現被視為是投機炒作天堂、與實質經濟相關性低的本國商品期貨市場帶來改變。（劉利貞／綜合外電報導）
