7/31深夜，高雄苓雅、前鎮發生石化氣爆事故，目前災區道路已重建完成，但災區中許多商家仍未恢復營業，五月天、乱彈阿翔、丁噹、嚴爵、MP魔幻力量、白安、家家、宇宙人等相信音樂歌手大團結，在2015年新年第一天下午四點開始，於高雄氣爆災區舉辦「NEW!再創新高」迎新演唱會，剛才開場就湧入近二、三萬人！（石秀華／高雄報導）
