俄國擴大反腐　禁官員公務員擁海外帳戶

俄羅斯從1月1日起禁止在國家安全領域工作的官員在國外銀行開設帳戶，此前俄國法律禁止聯邦級國家官員、國會議員、央行和國營企業的工作人員在境外銀行開設和擁有帳戶、保存現金和貴重物品、擁有和使用外國金融工具。

1月1日生效的反腐敗法修正案將禁令範圍擴及參與起草涉及俄國聯邦主權和國家安全問題決議的所有國家官員、央行和國營企業的所有工作人員。修正案同時規定，上述人員如果其帳戶因資產受到外國凍結等原因而無法註銷，那麼在限制取消之時起三個月內必須註銷帳戶。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
