反擊柯Ｐ社會宅　連勝文：喊數字太簡單

綠營台北市長參選人柯文哲日前主張向銀行借一千億元蓋五萬戶社會住宅，國民黨參選人連勝文下午出席不動產仲介活動時反擊，柯「開大口、借大錢」，想靠「喊數字」解決問題，未免把事情想得太簡單，北市已無舉債空間，重點是人搬進去以後要管理。他將效法日、韓推住宅公法人概念，由民間專業團隊負責物業營運、管理，社區去「貧民窟」標籤化，即可改善周遭居民對房價期待。

至於《中時》今刊登最新民調，年底台北市長選戰，柯文哲支持度領先連8個百分點，但看好度連以1個百分點小贏，連勝文說，他連日看6、7份民調，也不清楚哪個民調比較準，將堅持既定方向，穩定前進為原則。

對於前行政院長謝長廷嘲諷，連勝文看好度佳，是金錢的影響力；連回應說，選市長爭取為民服務，不是在比誰是「台北市最酸的名嘴」，不回應不營養的話。（王家俊／台北報導）
