網路媒體報導，國防部長嚴明2度請辭，以及2015年元月軍方將會進行上將人事的異動，國防部30日鄭重澄清，報導內容純屬臆測，絕非事實。

網路媒體《風傳媒》報導，嚴明日前第2次向馬英九總統表明辭意，雖然馬英九還未批准，但軍方內部已傳出在2015年元月軍方將會進行上將人事的異動，參謀總長高廣圻上將可望接任國防部長，因為高廣圻的弟弟正是馬英九倚重的前總統府副秘書長高朗。

國防部30日鄭重澄清，《風傳媒》報導內容純屬臆測，絕非事實。此外，《風傳媒》報導參謀總長高廣圻近來私下帶著副總長李喜明進行拜會一事，該報導內容亦非事實。
