基層做起尤明錫將任海巡署政務副署長

行政院長毛治國已內定尤明錫出任海巡署政務副署長。尤明錫是現任海巡署常務副署長，今年62歲，自基層的科員幹起，已擔任公務員35 年。為了行政院的拔擢及使命感，他提前辦理退休，並自常任文官領域，於元月1日起投入政務官領域，轉任政務副署長。

尤明錫有多項專長，他是政大地政系畢業，高考土地行政科及格，又在簡任升等考試時，以勞工行政為專長，他的公務員資歷，都在行政院歷練的，從科員、諮議、編審、科長、參議、簡任秘書、副組長、參事組長，海巡署常務副署長及海基會董事，學經歷非常完整。
