【林師民/新竹報導】蘇力颱風侵襲台灣，全台雨量最多的五峰鄉，道路多處坍方，對外交通中斷，今縣府協調空勤總隊直升機，從竹東運送水、白米、泡麵、罐頭等物資，分多趟空投到白蘭部落、和平部落、羅山部落等7個地點，並後送一名糖尿病患和脊椎傷患共2人下山就醫，預計今將空投6000公斤物資上山。
