【動新聞】性愛照曝光　舊手機送兒自洩姦情

台北已婚劉姓男子將舊手機轉送兒子，卻因手機內有曖昧簡訊及性愛照而曝姦情。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，劉妻指控，3年前劉男南下高雄工作，將手機給未成年兒子使用，她發現手機內竟有丈夫和女子的性愛影像，她南下探夫，又看到他與陌生女子出遊的親密照，懷疑對方是吳姓前女友，怒告兩人通姦。

檢方查出劉男除與前女友糾纏，還劈腿另一女子，但因通姦事證不足，3人均獲不起訴。劉妻另提民事求償，因告訴逾期，昨遭高雄地院判敗訴。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
