參加城市聯盟會議　馬英九自誇北市長任內政績

馬英九總統下午參加2014城市與地方政府聯盟亞太分會大會，雖然台北市長郝龍斌、新北市長朱立倫、台中市長胡志強、彰化縣長卓伯源等國民黨縣市長都在座，但馬在致辭時僅提到他過去在台北市長任內的垃圾隨袋徵收、捷運、悠遊卡等政績，還不忘提醒來台與會的客人「在台灣多買點東西，幫我們振興一下經濟！」

這次大會邀集20個不同家、30個城市與會，主題是「以設計導入城市治理」。馬英九回顧他在市長任內推動垃圾隨袋徵收、垃圾分類回收，使得垃圾減量65%，1996年人均垃圾製造量1.1公斤；到2006年，他卸任時，人均垃圾製造量只有0.4公斤。

會上，馬英九和郝龍斌互動頻頻，在台上合照時，兩人不停交談，開幕儀式時，馬還把瓶子拿到嘴巴，作勢要喝，還舉起瓶子和郝龍斌的瓶子互敲一下，顯得互動良好。但胡志強上台時在被台階絆到，差點摔倒，引起台下驚呼。(徐珮君／台北報導)
