為聽取外界對於派遣勞動3%上限的意見，勞動部下周舉辦全國社會性對話會議，今天下午邀請工會及資方團體進行工作小組會議，受邀勞團會前在場外舉辦抗議記者會，除高呼「派遣要禁止、不容打折扣」，也反對政府與資方「內線交易」，還揚言不排除在會中進行強力抗爭。

基本工資剛落幕，派遣勞工使用上限爭議即再起，恐將成為政府和勞資雙方新一波戰火。

受邀出席今天工作小組會議的團結工聯說，工會受邀出席不是勞動部面對資方壓力的擋箭牌，更不是背書工具，堅決反對勞動部與資方團體內線交易，勞動部應立即退回派遣惡法，直接立法禁止勞動派遣，並製定落日條款，要求公私部門雇主將現行派遣勞工轉雇為正職員工。
