黴菌誤認芝麻粉　知名餅店疑賣發霉月餅

中秋節即將到來，民眾趙先生投訴上周五到知名餅店寶泉的台北SOGO專櫃訂購七盒月餅禮盒送禮和自用，父親前日中午嘴饞想先吃為快，拆了其中一盒，吃下口後雖發現口味有所不同，但仍吃掉了一個，但母親仔細看了其他的月餅，才發現上面佈滿黑色斑點部分根本不是芝麻粉，而是噁心的黴菌，而從昨起父親就一直拉肚子。
趙先生不滿表示，幾乎每年都在該店購買，沒想到竟發生這樣的狀況，昨曾去信給該店客服信箱，也曾致電客服電話，但都未獲該店回應。
寶泉客服主管表示，因目前寶泉自由店已和其他分店分開經營，官網也有兩個，該顧客可能不明就理到另一官網投訴，才導致沒收到反映，今年為止也未收到其他顧客有類似困擾，希望該民眾能與該店聯絡，了解該產品狀況，並進行後續處理。（生活中心／台北報導）
