面試公司:帝華產業有限公司 地點:台北市大安區(捷運信義安和站附近) 面試職位:國貿秘書 公司簡介:家用品雜貨出口的貿易公司，有自己的工廠 面試過程:筆試(個人資料、中翻英&英翻中、中文問答題)，接著面試 面試時間:2小時整(看個人筆試時間而定) 福利制度:不算福利的福利(週休、滿ㄧ年有7天年假、勞健保、意外險) 公司環境:舊舊的商業大樓裡，住家改裝成辦公室的那種 筆試主要是兩大部分 (1)國貿方面的email中翻英&英翻中，不難，只是很落落長 (2)中文問答題，大概有8~9題吧。例如，"你想在什麼樣體制下的公司工作"、 "如果你的同事或主管犯錯你會如何處理"之類的 寫完後主管面試 面試的時候會給一張該職務的內容表和業務流程 直接擺明公司責任制，新人需綁約2年，24k(綁約2年內依表現調升) 主管完成不care我中翻英&英翻中的筆試 ㄧ直針對中文問答題來雞蛋挑骨頭的問 結論: 最後公司只表明如果能接受24k和責任制的挑戰會再安排第2次面試 供大家做參考 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.230.136.226 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1409746163.A.D4B.html
