蘋果能讓人增加飽足感、抑制食慾,美國華盛頓州立大學的科學家最新發現,蘋果中又以帶酸味的青蘋果對抗肥胖效果最佳。

科學家指青蘋果的膳食纖維和多酚,不會被胃酸破壞,能順利抵達大腸,有利益菌生長,從老鼠實驗發現,過重老鼠腸菌失衡、新陳代謝被干擾而不斷有飢餓感;青蘋果能有效讓過重老鼠的腸菌狀態,恢復到與體形正常者相同。(國際中心/綜合外電報導)
