金溥聰現身與外賓聊天　破除心臟裝支架傳言

國安會秘書長金溥聰日前傳出心臟出問題必須裝支架，金昨透過友人否認，他今早還特地現身，陪同總統馬英九接見來訪的薩爾瓦多共和國外交部長馬丁內斯（Hugo Roger Martinez）。金會前與外賓站著開心聊天，並且全程參與接見，看不出身體有異樣。據了解，金溥聰上周被目擊前往台大醫院，引發外界擔憂金溥聰是否健康出問題，會否影響政府國安運作。

金溥聰平時鮮少陪同總統接見外賓，但今天特別出席，知情人士說，應是希望破除外界對他健康出問題的謠言。馬總統在接見馬丁內斯時表示，他上任後積極改善兩岸關係，在跟中國大陸簽署ECFA後，又跟新加坡和紐西蘭簽署投資和經濟合作協定，所以我國在兩岸關係和國際關係上，同時都在精進。（陳郁仁／台北報導）
