【更新】攏係「伊」害ㄟ　日股早盤慘跌近300點

美國境內首起伊波拉確診病例，衝擊美股道瓊工業指數周三收盤暴跌238點，跌幅達1.4%，S&P 500及納斯達克指數終場跌幅均超過1.3%，小型股代表指數羅素2000指數更步入修正，今亞股隨美股下殺，日股早盤一度大跌近300點，表徵亞股整體行情的MSCI日本除外亞太指數也下挫0.7%。

今中國和香港續休市，躲過美股大跌衝擊。日經225指數早盤跌幅一度深達1.8%或292點，來到15789.95點，澳洲和南韓股市早盤各跌1%和1.3%。

伊波拉病毒在美國現蹤，也打亂美元升勢，今亞洲盤兌日圓貶破109，來到108.55日圓兌1美元，貶值0.3%。

另外，歐洲央行台北時間今晚7時45分將公布基準利率決策，也令投資人不安。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
