日系商品不降價　公平會：查無聯合行為

立法院經濟委員會今開會，並邀請公平會報告業務，主委吳秀明今天也真對近日的日圓貶值發表聲明。吳指出，無論汽車、化妝品或服飾，公平會目前密切注意業者是否有聯合行為、不當訂價、垂直約價等。

吳秀明表示，商品是否降價，業者有許多考量的因素，但這非公平會考量重點，公平會關注的重點僅在於業者是否有聯合漲價行為或是獨佔事業不當訂價，否則公平會無介入空間，但政府跨部會的穩定物價小組有許多方式可以做，例如日前經濟部曾找業者喝咖啡等。

目前公平會針對已日系商品進行調查，但還未發現明顯的聯合行為，目前僅針對汽車零件立案調查。（蔡孟修／台北報導）
