反服貿民眾抗議警方寧強硬管制

多個學生團體占領立法院議場進入第十七天，警方出動大批鎮暴警力組成人龍，護送立委車輛進入立法院中興樓，中正第一分局分局長方仰寧態度十分強硬，他手持大聲公宣示，這一次將要維護警方執法尊嚴，如有民眾嘗試越過警力防線，直接上銬帶走。
