倪福德遭道奇釋出　返台與否仍待觀察

投效道奇小聯盟的台灣左投手倪福德，在小聯盟春訓之後未被分發到任何球隊，已遭道奇農場釋出。經紀人張家銘表示，倪福德仍希望繼續留在美國發展，有可能尋找到獨立聯盟發展機會，「回台灣打中華職棒，也是選項之一。」
倪福德在2008年球季中信鯨解散後，在特別選秀會後被兄弟象隊以第一輪挑走，但倪福德在選秀會後拒不露面，轉而選擇加盟底特律老虎隊3A隊，成為第一位由中華職棒轉戰美國職棒的球員。當時兄弟象隊領隊洪瑞河宣示保有倪福德返回中華職棒的優先議約權。
倪福德2009、2010年在老虎登上大聯盟舞台，共出賽58場，投54局，戰績1敗3中繼，防禦率4.33。2012年5月底進行左手肘韌帶移植手術(Tommy John)，8月被老虎隊釋出。
倪福德手術後一直等到去年11月台日對抗賽才出賽，後來還參加2013-14年澳洲聯盟的阿德雷德鯊魚隊，今年三月短暫支援道奇大聯盟春訓，3月3日熱身賽板投了0.1局。 
由於兄弟象隊已解散，倪福德若返國發展，是否仍得加入中信兄弟隊，經紀人張家銘表示，向中華職棒了解相關規定後再行決定。
