假身障之名逃漏牌照稅將有法管

行政院院會今天通過財政部使用牌照稅法部分條文修正草案，財政部表示，鑑於現行身心障礙者使用牌照稅的免徵規定，未考量有關「親等」及「汽缸排氣量」等限制，實務上有假借身心障礙者名義、購置豪華車輛等規避稅捐的情事，致造成稅源流失，有違租稅公平，外界經常有限縮這項免稅規定的建議。

財政部邀集身心障礙團體、衛生福利部、交通部及各地方稅稽徵機關等開會研商，擬具使用牌照稅法部分條文修正草案。

草案修正身心障礙者使用交通工具，免徵使用牌照稅的要件，增列親等及汽缸總排氣量等限制。除了現行一戶一車規定，另增列供身心障礙者使用的車輛為「本人、配偶或同一戶籍二親等以內親屬所有」規定。

其次，如果排氣量逾2400立方公分，馬力逾262英制馬力，超過部分即須徵收。
