立委開會防被嗆　200警開道戒備

立法院中興大樓出入口今天上午7時許聚集200名警力，警方隔出人牆壁免立委座車出入遭擋，學生一度要衝上前包圍。學生不滿叫立法委員踹共。中正一分局長方仰寧對學生喊話：「請不要被煽動作出挑釁行為，請學生理性表達訴求，若學生闖入通道，立即以束帶逮捕。」學生不滿回嗆：「是你在挑釁煽動」、「立委踹共」。

上午9時許，在林森南與濟南路口，有些情緒較為激動的民眾想要擋住立委進出的道路，與警方發生推擠衝突，其中一名女子一度被警方上銬，但最後警方仍解開手銬。目前現場民眾情緒已較為平靜，坐在地上抗議。（張貴翔／台北報導）
