北約稱俄軍沒撤　普丁嗆「眼睛睜大點」

烏克蘭本周日（25日）將舉行總統大選，俄國總統普丁稱為緩解緊張情勢，也避免新一波制裁，於3天前宣布自烏克蘭邊境撤軍，但北約卻稱俄國派駐烏克蘭邊境的4萬軍隊，看不出有撤退跡象。
 
根據《全球新聞》（Global News）報導，俄國國防部表示他們已經將運輸機，4箱砲彈從烏克蘭東部邊境撤離，全體軍隊預計將在下月1日撤回駐地。對於北約質疑，俄國總統普丁昨天（周三）笑稱「他們該把眼睛睜大點，俄國撤軍在衛星上十分明顯。」
 
同時，莫斯科聲稱烏克蘭不會加入北約，並要求烏克蘭進行憲法改革，分散中央權力，將權力交還地方。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
