立法院法定會期五月底結束。立法院長王金平今天下午召集黨團協商，朝野達成共識，本會期將不延會，但自6月13日起召開第一次臨時會，處理考監人事案；國民黨團另要求處理兩岸協議監督條例及自由經濟示範區特別條例等案。

王金平表示，朝野協商決定6月13日上午先召開談話會，隨後召開三星期的臨時會，將依序處理考試院、監察院人事同意權案，以及其他議案。

對於國民黨團希望兩岸服貿協議及示範區條例等案能在臨時會過關，民進黨團總召柯建銘反嗆：「大白天也不要做白日夢！」
