「怎麼會有人吊在堤防上！」今天下午2時許有民眾在基隆五福橋上散步運動，並遠遠看見好想有人上吊，趕緊打電話報警處理，基隆市百福派出所警員立即前往了解，發現是1名年約60歲的男子在堤防旁上吊自殺，男子身體僵硬已經明顯死亡，男子衣著完整，警方目前正設法聯絡家屬，希望能儘快查出男子自殺原因。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
