【更新】中韓FTA談判　電子商務有突破

南韓產業通商資源部通商交涉室室長禹泰熙昨指出，南韓、中國自由貿易協定（FTA）進行第11輪談判，雙方在電子商務方面，除了部分技術性事項外，其他多數事項意見一致。

根據韓聯社報導，南韓與中國就原產地和通關手續、環境等領域進行談判取得進展。屬於核心爭議項目的商品領域，雙方尚處於交換意見的階段。禹泰熙表示，南韓與中國雙方代表在談判中就協定文案中有關規則的部分達成協議。

南韓與中國FTA第11輪談判從5月26日至30日在中國四川舉行，第12輪談判將於6月在男南韓舉行。南韓與中國2012年5月啟動FTA談判。雙方一致認為，首先需要就如何處理兩國的敏感領域和市場開放程度等進行磋商。

南韓將農副產品定為敏感領域，中國將汽車、機械和石油等製造業定為敏感領域。南韓擔憂，南韓與中國簽署FTA後，南韓大量進口廉價的中國產農產品可能會給當地農業帶來巨大衝擊。

中國與南韓從1992年建交，雙方貿易合作越來越密切。中國已經是南韓最大貿易夥伴，南韓出口到中國出口比重在2012年已經高達25%，出口額高達2560億美元。（王秋燕／綜合外電報導）
